The CARICOM Regional Organisation for Standards and Quality (CROSQ) wishes to advise that on or before December 22, 2023 ALL 15 member states of CARICOM would have voted on the Final Draft CARICOM Regional Standard (FDCRS) 05 – Labelling of Pre-packaged Foods – Specification (Revision).
The next step in the process is that CROSQ’s regional Technical Management Committee (TMC), the committee comprising the Heads of Standards (or their representatives) of the 15 National Bureau of Standards of CARICOM, will meet to deliberate on the voting results at or by the end of January 2024 in normative session. After that, the next process step will be outlined.
